In order to be in a state of peace all you need to do is look within and determine what is happening in your life. Once you find out what is happening then you can determine the best path to take.Peace is the ability to take action when the going gets tough. In my case this would mean I would get up early in the morning and write, clean or cook breakfast. At night I would relax in bed until morning.All ofthese tasks are some of the hardest work that you have to do but once you do them you are able to focus on yourself and what is going on in your life. You are in a state of pure bliss and this gives you the knowledge you need to make decisions and have the energy to move forward in life. Your abilities will only improve when you have mastered the art of peace.Peace is an ongoing journey that you can accomplish in one lifetime. The key is to alway s be in a state of pure bliss and to practice the art of peace as best you can.
